Most children love cereal, and I share that enthusiasm. As a child, I yearned for it but often had to settle for alternatives like garri (granulated cassava). The scarcity of cereal made it a coveted treat, and I vividly remember the joy of receiving it from a classmate, despite my mother’s advice not to ask for or accept items from others. At Jumokecares Foundation, we understand the significance of these small joys. Through our periodic cereal distributions, we provide boxes of cereal to children in need. Recently, over 200 boxes were delivered to children in Ogun State, sparking excitement and hope. These moments remind me of my own childhood and inspire hope that today’s recipients will pay the kindness forward.
